High-speed bottle printing machine capable of printing 3,000~3,600 pieces per hour. Large device with 60 to 120 servo axes.
Each color is modularized, and if an added color is needed, a module can be added. (Right picture: 3 color configuration)
Key Points
- 1.Multi-axis motion performance with 60 to 120 servo axes. High servo synchronization accuracy, which is directly linked to print quality.
- 2.Servos and I/Os are also installed in the rotating part, and CC-Link IE TSN communication goes through a slip ring, so the advantage is that motion communication and I/O communication are unified.
- 3.Communication is unified using CC-Link IE TSN, including image data from the vision sensor, so modules can be easily added when adding colors. The order of modules can also be changed.
- 4.Considering the continued equipment evolution in the future, we anticipate the future potential and expandability of TSN technology.
