• A combination of MR-J4-B-RJ010 servo amplifier and MR-J3-T10 interface unit connects to CC-Link IE Field Network.
• Using a set of MR-J4-B-RJ010 and MR-J3-T10 with QD77GF16 Simple Motion module that is compatible with the synchronous communication function enables synchronous control and interpolation control with Motion control.
• Further evolved our original high-speed servo control architecture is applied to the dedicated execution engine. Speed frequency response of 2.5 kHz is achieved. Additionally, a high-resolution absolute position encoder of 4,194,304 pulses/rev further increases the processing speed, ensuring the maximum performance of high-end machines.
• Servo gain adjustment is complete just by turning on the one-touch tuning function. With this function, machine resonance filter, advanced vibration suppression control II, and robust filter are automatically adjusted to maximize the machine performance.
